At the Drunken Monkey you will have the opportunity to learn how to cook authentic Chinese food in a fully equipped professional kitchen. We offer classes for students with any level of experience, from complete beginners to seasoned veterans.

Head Chef

Alex Holliday

I'm the head chef at the Drunken Monkey! I've lived in Taiwan for the past 10 years, and I've run the Drunken Monkey for the last three. I have experience working in Chinese, Taiwanese, and Hong Kong style kitchens, and I'm happy to have the opportunity to share that experience with you!

  • Asian Culinary Arts Certificate issued by VCC
  • Specialize in Taiwanese Stir Fry

Boss

Annie Hsu

I have been working in the restaurant and hospitality industry for more than 6 years now! Making delicious deep fried food like a boss is what I am good at and what I love to do. If you want to know about our delicious Deep Fried Bananas I'm the one to ask! I also have experience in confections and desserts.

在餐旅產業工作有六年的經驗,專長在研究酥脆美味的油炸食物,醉悟空的經典招牌格鬥炸香蕉就是我的得意作品。在咖啡廳的工作中也深究甜點烘培。
